- Confirm your email, set up your shop, and submit business and representative evidence. Shop tools open after our team approves your application.
Updating your app? Install the latest APK over your existing emiralX Business app. If Android reports a conflict with an older test build, save files stored only on your phone and make sure your account email is verified before reinstalling.

What is emiralX Business?
emiralX Business is an app for shops, cafés and restaurants. Create offers and shop clubs, recognise customers, send invoices and track repeat visits. Cafés and restaurants can also publish QR menus, create combos and daily specials, and manage orders.
How do I create a café or restaurant menu?
Choose Cafe & Restaurant when setting up your business. Add menu sections, items, prices, photos and optional choices to a private draft. Review currency, VAT and service settings before publishing. Share your menu by link, table QR or supported NFC.
Can I create combos, packages and daily specials?
Yes. Build a combo or package from your menu items, or add a special item. Set the price and availability, review the offer, then publish it with your menu. Optional details stay separate from the main setup.
Do customers need to install an app to order?
No. Customers can browse your published menu in a browser. To submit an order, they sign in with a verified email and accept the terms. They can also use emiralX; signing in with the same email keeps their orders and invoices connected.
How are orders, invoices and rewards connected?
Review incoming orders and update their status. Customers confirm eligible benefits before you close the bill. The invoice goes to their account; reserved benefits are used and new Coins are added after you confirm payment received outside the app.
Does emiralX Business collect payments?
The current release does not collect customer payments, hold money or transfer funds. Customers pay your business as usual. Sending an invoice does not charge them; you confirm when payment has been received.
How do rewards work for my business?
Set your Coin earn rate, create offers or vouchers and start a shop club. Customers use one emiralX Member Pass for eligible benefits. Coins in the early-access release are test rewards with no cash value. Dining Coin rewards and redemption currently apply to AED menus.
What customer information can I see?
Recognise a member by QR or supported NFC. Contact details are shared only when the customer agrees. Review the customer information they share with your business, plus available visit and repeat-customer insights.
What do I need to activate business services?
Create an account, confirm your email and add your business details. Submit the documents showing the business and your authority to represent it. Business services become available after approval.
Where can I download emiralX Business?
Use the Business for Android button on this page. It provides the dedicated emiralX Business APK for Android 10 or later. emiralX and emiralX Business install separately. The iOS app is coming soon.
Can I move my existing shop to another phone?
Yes. Generate the one-time move code in the shop’s Profile and enter, scan or open it on the new phone in emiralX Business. It expires after 15 minutes and transfers the shop with its customers, club members, offers, invoices and Coin rate. Keep the code private.
