Status and parties

Emiral Inc operates emiralX and emiralX Business. A corporation incorporated in Delaware, United States.

Business and mailing address: 14 Wall Street, 20th Floor, New York, NY 10005, United States. For support, privacy and account/data requests, email info@emiral.app, identifying the app and request. You do not need to reinstall the app to email us. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, device keys or identity scans by ordinary email.

Applicable privacy and data protection laws govern the processing described here, including mandatory laws that apply where you live or use the service. Corporate registration is not a financial-services licence or regulatory approval of this app. Accepting service terms does not enable marketing or optional sharing.

Eligibility and account access

The proposed service is for adults aged 18 or older who may enter into the agreement and, for a business, have authority to act for that shop. Provide accurate details and respect other people’s privacy. The updated apps require a verified sign-in email. A one-time email code verifies control of that mailbox, not government identity or business registration. Use that email to recover the same account in the same app on another phone. emiralX and emiralX Business keep separate accounts. Existing device-only accounts require proof from the original device before linking a sign-in email; recovery cannot be guaranteed if that unverified device is lost.

Keep your phone and credentials secure. Do not share an account to bypass controls. A shop can be moved using a one-time transfer code; the code expires after 15 minutes and transfers control rather than merging two personal accounts. A number, profile, card or club badge is not proof of a person’s or shop’s licensing or trustworthiness.

What the products provide

emiralX provides personal and business digital cards, optional discovery and exchanges, documents and AMiN connection, receipt expenses, rewards and memberships. emiralX Business provides shop operations, member recognition, offers, clubs, vouchers, invoices and insights. Their release tracks and accounts are separate. Availability is the availability shown in the download area, not a future feature promise.

In the reviewed early-access release, neither app takes payments, holds customer money, transfers funds or provides a bank, investment or gold account. Customers pay a shop through their usual arrangements. Sending an invoice records a sale; it is not payment confirmation, a receipt for funds held by emiralX or tax advice.

Rewards and merchant relationships

emiralX Coins in the early-access programme are test rewards with no cash value. They are not deposits, electronic money or an investment and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Any displayed discount calculation remains subject to the participating shop’s offer conditions.

Each offer or voucher should identify its merchant, eligibility, cost in coins where relevant, benefit and expiry or redemption restrictions. The merchant supplies the underlying goods or services and remains responsible for its offer, fulfilment, tax treatment and legally required remedies. Contact it about that transaction; platform or account issues go to the confirmed operator. No term removes mandatory consumer rights.

Your cards, documents and other content

You keep the rights you hold in your content. You authorise the processing and limited display needed to provide the features you choose: for example, hosting a card you share or delivering an invoice. This does not transfer ownership of your files or grant permission for unrelated advertising.

Only upload information, logos and documents you may lawfully use. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s details. Card links and exported contact files can be forwarded; recipients may keep independent copies. AMiN connection, recipient access and download choices do not recall material already downloaded.

Acceptable use and safety

Do not impersonate someone, publish false or unlawful offers, scrape users, spam contacts, bypass access controls, trade accounts, misuse member passes, fabricate rewards, expose another person’s private data or use the service for harassment, stalking, exploitation or illegal activity. Follow the Community & Safety Rules.

Use Block and Report where available. The operator may investigate and proportionately restrict activity when needed for safety, security, law or a material breach. Where lawful and practical, the reason and a route to challenge an account action should be provided. Staff access remains limited to authorised work.

Accuracy, access and fees

Receipt extraction, category suggestions, imported website details, AI text and insights can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before saving, sharing or relying on them. The app is not professional legal, medical, tax or financial advice. Do not use it as the only copy of records you must retain.

Early-access features may change or be temporarily unavailable. A future paid feature, subscription or materially different reward programme requires its own disclosed price and applicable terms before a purchase or acceptance. These terms do not authorise an undisclosed recurring charge.

Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or removes statutory consumer remedies. No blanket waiver of data rights or mandatory liability is created here.

Ending use, changes and disputes

You may stop using the service and request account closure or data action through Account & data or info@emiral.app. Uninstalling alone does not erase server records. Necessary legal/security retention must be limited and explained; independent recipient copies cannot be recalled.

We notify material changes and obtain a new acknowledgement where required. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, subject to other mandatory applicable rules. Your mandatory consumer and data rights, access to competent courts and regulatory complaints remain unaffected. These terms impose no compulsory arbitration.
