Respect and permission
Represent yourself and your business honestly. Share information you have authority to share. A connection request, visible card or member pass does not give permission for unwanted contact, advertising or access to private documents. Respect a refusal, withdrawn visibility and sharing choices.
Prohibited conduct
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, dox, discriminate against or exploit anyone. Do not publish illegal content, sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, fraudulent offers or private data. Do not scrape discovery results, evade blocks, create deceptive identities, manipulate rewards or use the app to arrange unlawful activity.
Nearby and events
Personal discovery is voluntary and time limited. The service is intended for adults; the Dating purpose is 18+ and does not provide independent age verification. A venue/event check-in is not proof that someone is physically present or that a meeting is safe. Choose a suitable public setting for an in-person meeting and do not publish another person’s live location.
Block, Report and urgent situations
Use Block to stop further discovery contact and Report to flag concerning behaviour in the features where those controls are available. A report can include the related account, connection or reason and may be reviewed for safety; do not add unnecessary private documents.
The app is not an emergency service. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. A report should not be treated as a promise of real-time monitoring or a guaranteed response time.
Review and accountability
The operator may preserve necessary evidence and apply proportionate restrictions for a supported safety, security or legal purpose. Where lawful, affected users should receive a reason and a way to seek review through the confirmed support channel. Public launch requires a named moderation/support owner and a working contact route. Contact info@emiral.app for support or review of an account action.
